What size should I choose?

Each product page includes sizing and measurement information to help you decide.
If you’re still unsure, feel free to email us at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com.  We’re happy to help you choose the right size based on your body and preferences.

Do you have sales?

We do. While our prices are set as fairly as possible from the start, we offer two kinds of discounts:

  1. End-of-season sales after each collection

  2. Our ongoing Smart Sale, a permanent archive selection available online — a great opportunity to own a VK piece at a special price.

Can I cancel or change my order?


Once your order is confirmed, it can’t be modified or canceled.
However, if you made a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com. We’ll do our best to help.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?


If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com and we’ll track it down for you.

What if I received the wrong or a faulty item?


Please contact us right away at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com, with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?


You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.
Just email us at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com and we’ll share the correct return address depending on your location.
Returns are at your own expense and items must be in original condition.

How will I know if you received my return?


Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.

When will I get my refund?


After we approve the return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used in your purchase. This usually takes 1–3 business days after processing.

Can I exchange an item?


Yes, you have 14 days to request an exchange if something didn’t work in size or fit.
Email us at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com and we’ll provide the correct address to return your item. Once we receive it, we’ll guide you through the exchange and ship the new piece.
We offer a warm, personal experience — don’t hesitate to write to us . Please note that shipping costs for the exchange are your responsibility.

Do I have to pay for shipping?


No. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
