2. Customer Type
We sell exclusively to end consumers. Wholesale or commercial purchases are not available through this website.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
Prices do not include shipping costs or international duties (see section 7).
We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors that may appear.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Your payment will be charged once your order is confirmed. For security, we may require verification steps before processing the payment.
5. Placing an Order
Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you realize there was an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist you.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
7. Duties & Customs
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about import charges in your country.
8. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To begin a return or exchange, please email sales@valentinakarnoubi.com with your request.
We will provide you with the appropriate return address (in Spain or the United States) based on your location.
Conditions:
– Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging
– Return shipping costs are your responsibility
– Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
– Exchanges are shipped once the original item has been received

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@valentinakarnoubi.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We do our best to keep the website updated, but availability is not guaranteed.
In case of stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative.
